In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join an experienced and well-rounded IT SAP Applications team, where all individuals are expected to collaborate and assist each other to create innovative, all encompassing, stable SAP solutions that meet our customer’s needs.

  • Assist in upgrading IDT’s existing SAP application landscape in order to amplify existing processes, while also building new, innovative SAP functionality to assist projected growth.

  • Participate in front end Sales Order, Customer Master, CPQ related SAP enhancements (small projects), as well as become an extended team member on large SAP projects. Must be versed in typical project management methodologies (schedule, cost, capacity management, transparency of constraints, open issues and risks management, deliveries to milestones, producing documentation in a timely manner, assessing the need for regressive testing).

  • Troubleshoot and support both SAP and SAP Integrations into the Sales and Distribution module. Identify root-cause and solve incidents in a timely manner to meet SLAs. Self-managing their ticket backlog to ensure little aging.

  • Work alongside internal IT and Business integration departments to solution and support our various SD integrations, including Sales Order, Customer Master, etc.. Build and support external integrations with 3rd party compliance vendors. Become a valuable member of the cross functional integration team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT configuration experience in SAP Sales and Distribution functionality supporting new enhancements, break/fix, production support.

  • 5+ years of experience working within the various Tcodes that make up the supply chain and logistics SAP modules required, including working in conjunction with MM/WM, PP, and FICO modules.

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT configuration experience working within the Sales and Distribution Enterprise Structure, including master data, Sales Orgs, Distribution Channels and Divisions, Sales Documents, Business Partners, Item Categories, Scheduled Lines, Condition Types, Pricing Procedures, and Authorizations.

  • 3+ years working with different automated SD Data Determinations, Scheduling, ATP and/or AATP, Sales Services, and Complaints Processing

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 3+ years of work experience working within a SOX compliant environment, supporting business processes, and creating documentation that follow strict guidelines.

  • Working knowledge with BADI’s, BAPI’s, Routines, and other enhancement objects. Ability to interpret ABAP language, identify optimization opportunities, and debug incidents.

  • 3+ years of work experience in a post go-live S/4 HANA environment, including having participated in SAP S/4 application upgrades.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $90,000- $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
