In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with business partners to gather inputs & assumptions for accurate financial projections and provide insightful analysis of financial results and variances to budget and forecast.

• Identify & implement improvement opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis systems, tools, and processes to support data driven business insight and actionable recommendations.

• Synthesize information from multiple sources to provide strategic insights, trends, risks and opportunities in the business.

• Prepare financial models and analysis to support decision-making processes and assess the financial viability of strategic initiatives & product innovation funnel.

• Play a critical role in the monthly accounting close process by ensuring data integrity and accuracy within financial systems and journalizing accruals where necessary.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably Finance or Accounting.

• 5+ years of related experience.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with multiple levels throughout the organization.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Track record of excelling at researching, quantifying, and communicating actionable insights to cross-functional leadership teams.

• Skill set with Power BI suite and/or OneStream.

• Advanced knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for financial analysis and reporting, including revenue recognition

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
