This position will work out of the Port Washington, New York, Cortland, New York, Deland, Florida, or New Port Richey, Florida offices.
The Senior Engineer Network & Voice is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network incidents and well as providing proactive network analysis and optimization.
In this exciting role, you will work as part of the global network and voice team, playing a pivotal role in optimizing network performance and driving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
Implementation and support of Network and Voice solutions within a global organization.
Guidance to support teams to ensure agreed levels of service delivery and performance are maintained.
Support of network and voice aspects of Major Incidents including those at weekends and out of hours
Device and application lifecycle management, resource management and management of external service providers.
Technical documentation, development of policy and procedures, and for compliance with those already existing.
Essential requirements for the job include:
Network and Voice Engineer with 5+ years’ experience with a strong background of implementation and support of a complex network and voice environment in a global organization.
Strong experience with Cisco Wi-Fi, Cisco SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls and Voice in an MS Teams environment.
Excellent judgement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.
Computer/IT degree or equivalent experience.
Additional duties include:
Contribute to meeting the departmental key performance indicators.
Provide training to IT community as required.

The salary range for this role is $95K-$105K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
