The Senior Technology Development Lead is responsible for ensuring new growth in Pall’s clean energy space within the Carbon Capture (primary) and Plastic Recycling (secondary) markets. In this role the Technology Development lead will have responsibility for identifying and nurturing differentiated Pall solutions and embedding them into customer specifications, while developing and expanding our technical roadmap through new product development opportunities. In this role you will have the opportunity to advance positions in emerging applications, support early innovation, and drive forward Pall’s position as an Industry leader to achieving a sustainable future for our planet.
This position is part of the Strategic Growth and Technology Development team and will be based onsite in either Cortland, NY or Port Washington, NY. You will have the opportunity to drive Pall’s strategy and innovation engine through engagement with licensors and first-mover end-users leading to a sustainable future.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact between Pall and assigned licensors to ensure Pall Products are specified solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert within the assigned markets.
Identify advantaged applications for existing and future Pall technologies.
Influence Pall’s technology and product roadmaps to ensure that new product development (NPD) activities are aligned with technology licensor and seminal end-user needs.
Influence the development of sector/market strategies from a technology point of view.
The essential requirements of the job include:
6+ years’ technical experience in science and technology-based products into the Carbon Capture and or Plastic Recycling industrial sectors.
A master’s degree in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline or PhD with 2+ years' experience in relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline.
3+ years’ experience working with target customer ecosystem.
Candidate must exhibit or show clear potential to demonstrate gravitas with external customers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
Ability to travel as needed (20-25%) both nationally and internationally.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Knowledge of filter design, fluid dynamics, chemical and hydromechanics, advanced membrane technology.
Proven ability in executing comprehensive growth strategies, identifying short- and long-term market needs and opportunities.

The salary range for this role is $80 - $110k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
