We are looing for a C ustomer Service Team Leader to be part of the Operations Team located in Crawley. This is a hybrid role.
You'll report to the Supply Chain Manager responsible for all activities performed by the Sales Operations and Warehouse Team. If you thrive in a multifunctional, fast paced role and want to work to build a world-class efficient operational team—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Daily supervision of the team
Efficient and accurate order processing
Handling customer queries
Enhance and add new skills
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C or higher
Minimum of one year experience as a Team Leader
Sales order processing experience
Intermediate skills in Outlook/Excel
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
