The Office & HR Administrator for Radiometer is responsible for the smooth operations in our commercial subsidiary in UK. The position includes a variety of administrative tasks, approximately half of the tasks will be related to office and facilities and the other half will be related to HR administration.

This position is part of the HR function located in Crawley, West Sussex and will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. This position is a full-time, 12 month Fixed Term (MAT cover) contract. You will report to the HR Partner and will also support the General Manager and other members of the management team. The role collaborates with Danaher UK HR as well as with Radiometer Global HR.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare payroll and act as main point of contact for external payroll provider

  • Administration of pensions and benefit schemes

  • Ensure accurate record of HR files (including global HR system WorkDay is kept up-to-date)

  • Support all hiring managers during recruitment process including administration of offer letters, contracts etc.

  • Office Administration – responsible for office security, ensuring policies are kept up to date and coordination of ISO audits throughout the year

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Relevant experience within HR and office administration (payroll process)

  • A-Level Education (or equivalent) or above

  • Excellent written English and verbal skills and good attention to detail

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • CIPD Level 3 or above, or working towards

  • Hands on experience and understanding of Employment Law and requirements
