The Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & Marcoms uses digital platforms to drive the marketing funnel through all funnel stages. They'll implement external PR & communication strategies at TOF (top of funnel) that increase category and brand awareness, ToM (top of mind), SOV (share of voice) and brand familiarity to help build global product sales. They will lead all aspects of outbound programs as well as running IDBS’s social media channels and using employee advocacy to increase the external reach of IDBS messaging.
In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & Marcoms will:
Lead the digital marketing strategy and coordinate the team that runs the tactical digital campaign calendar and related multi-channel, targeted campaigns, via paid channels & platforms.
Lead all aspects of outbound marketing such as nurture programs, eblasts, webinar promotion and recruitment support and customer communications.
Lead and help the marketing team improve the SEO program by partnering with SMEs and content creators to develop SEO-relevant content.
Oversee the DRIFT chatbot program by working with the Business Development team to develop the DRIFT Chatbot playbooks in order to increase lead qualification and improve the tool’s effectiveness.
Develop, coordinate and implement the annual marketing communications editorial calendar for all communication strategies, concepts and programs, both external and internal.
Interested in this opportunity? You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with solid Marketing experience. CIM / IDM qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Experience in digital marketing, marketing communications (Marcoms), domestic and international marketing, including experience working closely with Commercial functions. Preferably this would be in the B2B technology, pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
Product marketing experience (including campaigns, new product launches, Go to Market tactics) would be viewed favorably but is not required.
A good knowledge of all MarTech (marketing technology), ideally with specific knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and DRIFT or other chatbot technology.
