You will be part of the Marketing Team for UK and Ireland and own the management of the tender process and the quality of the CRM commercial data.

You will be the key driver for ensuring that tenders are identified and managed in a timely fashion during and post submission, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for easy access to standard tender documents, standard terms and creating the first tender draft to ensure a high quality submission of the tender response. The work requires tight collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Service and Contract organisation to ensure effective execution.

The Tender and CRM Specialist holds an important organisational role that supports the commercial organisation with a competent management of the tender process as well as robust and reliable CRM system that drives critical insight to the business at all levels of the organisation.

  • Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group.

  • Develops and executes comprehensive marketing, business development, brand and external communication strategies, tactical plans and programs to optimize market share and profitability.

  • Identifies, develops and maintains customer and partner relationships and meet service requirements.

  • Partners cross-functionally (e.g., with sales).

  • Lead market research to assess current and future market conditions, competitive product, service and pricing practices and changing customer/prospect dynamics in order to influence new product/service development. Includes Marketing Operations. Plans, develops and manages marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and/or external clients.

Experience required

  • Ideally experience with raising tenders for the NHS

  • Experience in Microsoft CRM admin

  • Able to work across customers internally and externally

  • Good organisational skills.
