This role will coordinate marketing plans and support driving online revenue across multiple channels by campaign playbook planning, promotional offer setup, asset production management, landing page creation and optimization on beckman.com, media and placement execution, and performance reporting. The ecommerce campaign manager will manage merchandising and promotional support for ecommerce programs. Daily responsibility will also include driving ecommerce revenue and orders through beckman.com, helping to launch initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention, and campaign planning aligned with commercial product managers, regional partners, and Sales managers.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandising product lines to drive ecommerce and additional channel growth of customers

  • Execution of promotional offers and support for ecommerce and punchout programs

  • Reporting on critical metrics for programs and e-business revenue channels

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions relative to specific service offerings

  • Strategize and help project manage the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing plans and assets.

  • Updates product content and metadata on website to support optimization for feed syndication and SEO efforts.

  • Management of Google Merchant Center account and product feed syndicated to AdWords

  • Working with digital marketing team to drive revenue and orders through Google Shopping campaigns

Skills/Experience

  • Experience with digital analytics and key performance indicators to drive online revenue and marketing programs

  • Working with ecommerce shopping engines, preference with Oracle, Magento, or BigCommerce

  • Familiarity of content management systems (CMS), preference with Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager

  • Working knowledge of project management tools

  • Experience working with creative agencies/vendors

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus

  • Experience with Marketo or enterprise-marketing automation platform a plus

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a B2B or B2C ecommerce role or product marketing

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications

  • Agile project management skills
