Danaher Corporation Digital Marketing Manager, The America's in Dallas, Texas
Our team is seeking a highly organized, analytically minded, collaborative Digital Marketing Manager. This role will help manage the planning, execution and reporting for paid and organic campaigns across customer-facing digital marketing channels (email, display, search, influencer and more). The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital marketing! You love to learn and eager to problem solve. You are customer obsessed with a bias for action and making proactive strategic recommendations based on data and the needs of the customer to help improve the experience and performance of our campaigns while driving revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns across buying stages, monitor performance and optimize spend to ensure efficiency and ROI in collaboration with marketing team and key stakeholders
Manage highly visible demand generation and customer email marketing campaigns and strategy across The America’s region (Canada, USA and Latin America)
Develop and own visibility strategy and tactics, including thoughtful customer segmentation
Develop and execute campaigns and tactics across paid and organic channels such as search, display, email, website, YouTube and more
Maintain and strategize budget across channels in collaboration with marketing team members
Work with internal and external teams to optimize our marketing tech stack, including marketing automation & account-based marketing platforms, CRM applications and other technologies to harmonize and ensure functionality, to support our marketing efforts
Work with analytics team to generate marketing reports to support data-driven decision-making
Manage select vendor relationships and execute relevant purchasing activities as needed
TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES: (REQUIRED)
- Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience (in years):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, B2B marketing or related field with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience
Experience in web content creation, optimization and maintenance
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) are a must
Working knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Google AdWords, Search Console) and SEO/PPC best practices needed
Knowledge and skills:
Strong written and oral business communication skills
Have a natural ability to create followership through collaboration
3+ years of digital marketing program management (advertising, search, SEO)
3+ years of experience leveraging data and analytics across reporting channels
Physical requirements/abilities:
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for several hours. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
