Danaher Corporation ITS Support Specialist in Dallas, Texas
We have an exciting opportunity to share!
The IT Support Specialist facilitates and supports the implementation and function of Radiometer IT products in a wide variation of network topographies.
Supports installations, and AQURE upgrades assisting in complex network installation and conduct customer training when needed.
Provides standard interfacing support to hospital Laboratory Information System (LIS) or Hospital Information System (HIS) as designated in AQURE Documentation.
Collaborate with hospital staff as needed to verify interfacing needs and clarify specific interface and product capabilities.
Responsible for AQURE and instrument configuration, testing, validation, go live and cutover support.
Provides feedback on customer issues, unresolved problems, and customer requests relayed to standard of work with accurate documentation for customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Implements and adheres to Radiometer America policies and procedures for compliance regulations and reporting.
Ensures effective use of company system products through the initial and ongoing delivery of training.
May participate in other projects outside of normal responsibilities to help improve company business practices and associate development.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITIONPosition Specific Competencies/Experience
Three to five years remote or in person technical support. Hospital or related healthcare experience preferred.
Basic of knowledge of networking. Prior experience with ASTM and HL7 preferred.
Computer skills and or Certifications consistent with customer environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
Remote problem solving and provide telephone and E-mail support.
Strong written, oral, and technical presentation skills.
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field; Bachelor Degree preferred.
