The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing and executing the Integrated Marketing Communications strategy for new and existing products for the Automation and Workflow IT discipline. This individual should have strong business acumen and the ability to craft an elevated story across the solutions. The Senior Manager, IMC must be an expert in omnichannel marketing to drive consistent branding and messaging across the appropriate channels, focusing on the customer journey. In addition, this people manager is accountable for the performance and results of the team and provides leadership to direct reports.

You will be a part of the Global Integrated Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing & Brand Team and report to the Director of the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing communications plans for new product launches and campaigns in alignment with regional and global product marketing
Own the IMC stream of the Launch Excellence Process; Partner with Global Product Marketing on new product commercialization (including, but not limited to, the development of value propositions and differentiated messaging) and establishing launch excellence best practices for industry-leading products and solutions that save patient lives.
Manage a team of Integrated Marketing Communication professionals, set team priorities and allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plan
Leverage Voice of Customer insights to map out the customer journey across channels (including digital), develop customer-centric messaging, and design programs with the highest impact
Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing communication initiatives.
Partner with product marketing, regional marketers, and creative and digital marketing teams to oversee projects from idea inception to completion within budget and on-time delivery.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in field (marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field) with 14+ years of experience OR Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience
Experience working in the scientific industry (healthcare, IVD, Medical Device, Life Science, or other scientific industry)
Advanced communication skills, ability to quickly distill complex information into a compelling story and communicate to various audiences with an emphasis on executive communication
Demonstrated track record of developing successful marketing communication campaigns for new product launches in the healthcare space
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Building and driving adoption of consistent branding and global messaging hierarchy in healthcare IT and/or connectivity industry
People management and/or mentorship
Driving continuous improvement processes and developing standard work
