Develop and drive the service revenue growth by selling service contracts to Esko’s installed base.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

oCreate service contract proposals for software and hardware, based on existing databases and following a well-defined process.

oFollow up regularly to WIN (close) contract opportunities.

oWork in close cooperation with the sales and aftercare teams to follow up with customers

oBuild and maintain a solid relationship with customers

oAnalyse the installed base in the region to identify sales opportunities

oAchieve quarterly defined targets and objectives

oMaintain an accurate reporting on service contract pipeline and forecast information

oAnd other duties as required


Previous customer service experience in a corporate environment

oInside Sales experience preferred

oPrice negotiations with end user

oBackground in technological high tech products or graphical industry is a plus

oGood knowledge of MS Office

oStrong analytical skills (understanding the business priorities and customer needs)

oCustomer-oriented and professional

oConfident, articulate and persuasive on the phone when dealing with people at all levels

oStrong team focus

oDetermination to achieve

oSalesforce.com experience is preferred
