In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaboration with departmental heads to ensure proven plans are in place to drive sustained team development through proficiency assessment and development of associates.
Ensuring Talent Succession Funnels are built and nurtured to support future business growth.
Development and sustainment of robust process to lead all aspects of Talent Management as a catalyst for companywide talent strategies short and long term.
Define talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy. Support leaders in providing associates with development opportunities that align with current and future business requirements.
Improve communications and engagement with associates by actively engaging and managing the associate survey data. Develop action plans based on feedback and metrics of the survey data.
Assist in developing and implementing ongoing policies, programs, and procedures to further understanding of and improvement in management, supervisory, and/or employee relations while ensuring HR keeps employees advised and councils administrators of all changes to such policies.
Motivating change management to support achievement of business goals.
Mentoring leaders through implementation and support of our talent management tools and leadership development programs to develop high performance teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
5-8 years HR Strategic Partner experience
Proven and demonstrable experience of driving the HR function within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Balances needs of business partners to identify, build, and deliver upon opportunities while considering cultural and ethical factors in making fair decisions
Utilizes critical thinking to ask the right questions, analyze situations with information from diverse sources to uncover root causes and evaluate the risks and benefits of solutions
