Job Requirements:

  • Leads order processing, from start to finish, via phone, email and e-commerce

  • Collaborates with customers, sales, operations and supply chain to ensure accurate shipments and invoices

  • Partners with sales representatives in processing customer needs

  • Assists with all inquiries and critical issues in a timely manner

  • Leads the customer experience

  • Drives issue resolution

  • Provides timely responses

  • Balances multiples priorities

  • Attends to detail and ensures accuracy

  • Demonstrates empathy

  • Collaborates and selflessly prioritizes team needs

  • Shows flexibility to change

  • Acts with integrity and transparency

  • Maintains composure

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum high school graduate

  • Approximately 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service and passionate about taking your skills to a higher level

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree

  • SAP experience
