Pall Corporation is seeking a Danaher Business System Engineer to promote and facilitate continuous improvement through the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System. The DBSE will support the Supply Chain, Operations, and Value Stream Managers in the implementation of DBS Fundamentals and Lean methodologies at Gemba to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
This position is an integral part of the Global Operations team and will be located in Deland, Florida.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Serve as a change facilitator, developing and collaborating with operation leadership in the transformation and support of a continuous improvement culture.
Assist in the implementation of the plant's DBS Strategy and Vision through facilitation of DBS Fundamentals and DBS Lean tools.
Work in cross-functional teams and matrix environments across multiple organizations.
Work and influence all levels of the organization from Senior Leaders, Functional Leaders, Project Managers, and practitioners including effective coaching and mentoring skills.
Facilitate Problem Solving efforts across the operation to define root cause, and implementation of temporary and permanent countermeasures.
The essential requirements of this role include:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain
Fundamental understanding of Lean Tools and DBS Fundamentals.
Hands-on Gemba experience with driving improvement efforts either with use of Kaizen facilitation, use of lean tools, or problem-solving methodology. (Visual Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Dynamic Kanban, Lean Conversion, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc.)
Demonstrated experience using strong communication skills as well as group facilitation skills, including public speaking and moderating.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
2+ years manufacturing experience
