Pall is seeking a Global Inventory Manager. The Global Inventory Manager will drive turns improvement of $200M inventory covering >50K SKUs, mentoring and partnering with Plant Materials Managers globally to optimize Palls inventory and supply chain network. Improving inventory velocity whilst driving OTD to meet our customer and shareholder expectations. The individual will acquire, develop and apply a broad set of knowledge and skills collaboratively across the entire end-to-end supply chain process for the Global Pall Industrial BU.

This is a highly cross functional role in a matrix environment. This leader is encouraged to build productive and highly collaborative relationships across BU’s with Plant and Operations leaders, Commercial Team members, Customer Service, Distribution, Corporate Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance, among others, to be successful in delivering defined objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or commensurate experience, in addition to a minimum of +2 years’ experience in the management of Supply Chain or related activities.

  • Experienced using SAP or a major ERP/DRP system required.

  • Effective in the use of Microsoft applications, an advanced understanding of Excel is crucial for this role.

  • Hands on ability to review large data sets to review historical trends, research demand drivers, generate and translate forecast and demand data into alignment with inventory models, and recommend required changes to ensure high levels of fulfilment while minimizing inventory costs.

  • Shown success in leading components of a sophisticated supply chain. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with a consistent track record of developing positive customer relationships.

  • Proven track record to facilitate and deliver tactical results through people and parties not in direct reporting lines, and efficiently work through cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

  • Highly detail oriented with strong statistical and analytical skills.

  • APICS or ISM certification (CPIM, CSCP or equivalent) preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • A validated understanding of PSI/S&OP processes, supply chain, understanding of Lean concepts.

  • Analytical and problem solving abilities required. Creative thinking to interpret data to drive action and priorities.

  • Ability to influence others and lead change management process. A proficient communicator both written and verbal, with the capability to convert “data” into “information” to interpret & present.

  • The ability to communicate in a professional and detailed manner when dealing with both internal and external customers.

  • Good organizational, time management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel with reasonable notice and be available for travel of reasonable duration (2 weeks).
