POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for leading Quality Assurance Engineers, Global Quality Compliance Engineer and Global Quality Data Analyst. Monitor and drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction through analysis of internal & external quality performance and management of projects within an global organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing leadership to assigned staff by leading organizational change, developing and empowering staff

  • Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment

  • Ensuring that production processes and products adhere to quality standards

  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

  • Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products

  • Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

  • Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

  • Identifying products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

  • Monitoring and developing monthly reports and metrics related to site improvement strategyidentify improvement opportunities and advises on remedial actions

  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to deviation investigation

EDUCATION, BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

  • University degree in a technical discipline (Physical Sciences or Engineering)

  • Several years of experience in a similar role and successfully managing a global quality organization

  • Leadership experience onshore/offshore as you’ll be influencing multiple teams

  • Proven project management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks across a portfolio of projects

  • Strong working knowledge of managing non-conformances, deviations and root cause analysis

  • Effective communication within team and with stakeholders

  • Significant track record of successful work

  • Working knowledge of change control, process control and quality system management

  • Good computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, statistical tools)

  • Must be able to set and attain goals and initiate action to resolve problems and improve products and processes

  • Must be able to provide concise summaries of quality issues, changes needed or made, results delivered
