Join our Global Cyber Security team and shape the roadmaps for the cyber processes and solutions that will secure our intellectual property, manufacturing infrastructure and products, as well as protect our patient, customer and employee data. Primary Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop the Security Strategy for Corporate Danaher and also align the security strategies of the operating companies Danaher owns

  • Ensure Board and Information Security Risk Committee materials are consistent and aligned with the Security Strategy and program progression

  • Develop security roadmaps and ensure key stakeholders are aligned to security objectives, timing, key deliverables and operational metrics

  • Build partnerships and consult with Platform leadership, Operating Company Security, R&D, IT and business function leaders to align key business and technology objectives with security program plans and objectives

  • Key Focus area to Lead the Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, to include: strategic direction of Workforce IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM); educate stakeholder and driving solution adoption; manage and prioritize IAM enhancement demand and delivery timelines, as well as the on-going management, maintenance and support of the core IAM solutions

  • Develop, maintain and deliver IAM strategic roadmaps that provide for continuous improvement and solution lifecycle management; align IAM engineering processes to enterprise and department standards and practices

  • Coach and mentor architects, team leads, software engineers and system administration talent

  • Represent Danaher security in industry events and sharing forums

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • 15+ years of technical engineering and solution delivery experience in areas such as Security Strategy, operations, identity management, software engineering and system administration

  • 10+ years managing and governing enterprise IAM processes and technology

  • Expertise with industry standard frameworks (ISO, NIST, PCI)

  • Experience in designing, implementing and / or leading the operations of enterprise IAM and PAM tools (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk)

  • Experience in, and capable of educating others on, IAM business benefits, deployment practices and cyber / governance protocols

  • Experience in common identity related threat actor tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) and associated detection methods

  • Ability to build trust and credibility and deliver programs through influence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in large global complex environments

  • Certification in SailPoint and / or CyberArk

  • Experience with ERP identity management (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JDE)

  • Prior experience defining, implementing and facilitating the adoption of Customer IAM and / or Partner IAM programs (e.g., with ForgeRock)

  • Prior experience working with a Security Operations Center or Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) to implement and enhance identity-related threat detection capability

  • Broad security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GSEC, GCIH or GPEN or extensive experience

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $250,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
