Danaher Corporation Supply & Logistics Analyst in Diadema, Brazil

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working on supply and logistics activities.

  • Understanding of contract terms/conditions and interpretation/order management preferred. Must possess proficient digital literacy utilizing current computer software programs.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills to deal with suppliers from different countries. Analytical and interpersonal skills also required.

  • Procurement skills.

  • Knowledge on foreign trade import and export.

  • Knowledge on Brazilian taxes.

  • Proficient in English, desirable Spanish.

  • Software capabilities with SAP or other ERP, Microsoft Office Package, MS Project. Previous experience with SAP applications is desired.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Incumbent performs the following activities Globally under different sites in F&B PASS:

  • Execute requisition and purchasing documents to Inter-company and 3rd party vendors for F&B systems or items vital for demonstration works;

  • Negotiate with 3rd parties the best commercial condition accordingly to Pall Standard terms & conditions;

  • Manage import process, confirming pick-up, shipment, arrival, customs clearance and all other related activities, such as drawback and ex-tarifario management;

  • Plan and coordinate pick-up and deliveries of parts to and from Pall sites and customer’s sites for orders or warranty needs;

  • Control project stock, spare parts and raw material inventory on US;

  • Initiate and resolve product occurrence reports pertaining to PASS F&B complaints with third party vendors;

  • Maintain all SAP procurement data updated;

  • Performs other related activities as required;

  • Understands and follows all company Quality, Finance, HR and Safety policies and procedures as related to this position, including reading all relevant safety literature, using the required protective equipment and practicing good housekeeping.
