Responsibilities: * Creation of report files and necessary documents for the incoming goods inspection for Customer projects. * Assistance and support of PASS engineering team during commissioning. * Collection and assembly of technical documentation for customer projects and standard systems. * Creation of final documentation package. * Creating files for the incoming goods inspection. (5%) * Incoming goods inspection: checking the project related goods for completeness, material, serial number, certificates, measurements, surface roughness and eventually ferrite content. (10%) * Consignment of all components, such as valves, instruments, pumps, etc. for free issue delivery to mechanical skid manufacturers and hardware suppliers. (10%) * Collecting and creating documentation according to PASS standard or customer specific requirements. (60%) * Collecting technical documentation and certificates from sub-suppliers (Internet downloads). * Uploading documentation to customer’s project related database. * Assembling the technical documentation in hard- and softcopy: collecting technical documents and certification from sub-suppliers and in-house groups, such as design group, engineering, service, etc. (10%) * Supporting the engineering group in organization, administration and logistics for customer projects, e.g. Internet access, transition of documents, coordination with sub-suppliers for document scan, delivery of technical files to customer, organization of PASS measuring instruments used in FAT´s. (5%)
Experiences: * Detailed knowledge and understanding of documentation criteria for pharmaceutical systems. * Support teamwork within the interdisciplinary group and in relation to project managers and process/project engineers. * Ability and willingness to travel inside Germany and abroad. * Open minded and interested in looking for continuous improvement. * Basic understanding of project engineering. * Commitment to work together with the engineering group in order to meet customers expectations. * Ability and willingness to work with an interdisciplinary team including sub-suppliers, customers representatives and international Pall colleagues. * Ability to communicate effectively into the engineering group, identifying duties and responsibilities. * Ability to work independently. * Educated mechanic, craftsmen or technician in the liquid handling industry. * Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and MS Outlook; basic knowledge in MS Access. * Understanding of process components and customer requirements. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the preferably pharma/biotech industry or alternatively in the food/beverage/cosmetic industry. * Knowledge in liquid process systems incl. vessels, pumps, filters, valves, armatures, measuring instruments, etc. * Knowledge about GDP – Good Documentation Practices. * Good in German and English
