The Channel Partners Manager ensures that sales and profitability targets are met and Distribution Partners managed efficiently, provides active support to the Distribution Partners, to make his business more efficient. Constant monitoring of the market is needed to create a distribution structure, which maximizes sales & profitability.The Channel Manager promote product expansions in the assigned geographies and will also be responsible for overseeing product’s registration in the region, complying with the local regulatory requirements in each location.


  1. Distribution Management Set up new Channel Partners and overseeing the selection and the on-boarding process. Assign targets and action plan to achieve them. Define market visibility and win rate targets. Implement Channel marketing plans together with channel partners and marketing team. Act as an Ambassador for Leica and represents the Brand. Constantly monitor Channel Partner’s performance against targets – market shares and sales and make sure that targets are met. Manage Channel Partner’s off-boarding when necessary. Act as a Key Account and major project management in close coordination with the tender team.

  2. Compliance Management Ensure Channel Partners are compliant from the registration to a regular evaluation.

  1. Business development Evaluate market potential, opportunities or threats and analyze competitors’ activities by segment/country within the region. Network with the Danaher Companies within the region to create attractive synergies for end-user customers.

  2. Funnel/Forecast reviews: Organize and run Business Reviews with major Partners on a regular basis to generate enough opportunities into the funnel to ensure good health for future Sales. Manage proactively the funnel to deliver accurate data. Validate or refine deal strategy.

  3. Training Constantly train Distributors on Sales methodology and how to drive Funnel review. Ensure the sales force is properly trained technically and commercially.

  4. People Management Manage direct associates who handle distributors both on sales or application side.

  5. Cash Collection/Credit Control Unlock situation with distributors and facilitate the Accounts Receivables/Cash Collection.



  1. Professional Experience
    • Proven track record of growing business faster than market for at least 3 years;
    • Experience in selling through distribution channels
    • Excellent in modern sales methods
    • High level of energy to drive change
    • Experience in working in an international environment
