The “Regional Application Specialist-Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay” for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible:

• To analyze and resolves technical issues (Assays, calibration, and quality control) in accordance with product and customer specifications.

• Familiar and able to discuss on the basic clinical significance of the assays and can understand QA/audit reports.

• Perform in-house and on-site product training, ensuring that customers are provided with training appropriate to the use of the instrumentation and software solutions.

• Attend internal or external meetings related to BCI product portfolio.

• Support CP field associates and customers with clinical & technical knowledge.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, customizing training plan to achieve the desired outcome of the customer to confidently operate our systems to meet the requirements of the business.

• Have strong understanding of laboratory process workflow & Partner internally to support sales and business outcomes as needed including customer presentations, procedural documentation, and support as subject matter expert.
