This position is a key member of the Trojan Technologies Global Human Resources team. This position partners with our Sales and Service teams in all countries of Trojan Technologies’ presence in Europe, providing a wide variety of critical Human Resources responsibilities include advising and guiding leaders and associates in core practices, providing information and advice around programs, policies and compliance.
We are seeking an experience and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our Talent initiatives with business objectives and priorities. The position serves as Human Resources Partner for Trojan Technologies Sales and Services teams in Europe.
Support HR Leadership in the phases of the associate life cycle including, but not limited to:
Engagement and Retention – partner with Leaders to improve associate engagement, recommend and develop action plans. Monitor the employee morale, retention risks and recommend actions to improve culture and retention of talent.
Coach and counsel managers in enhancing their own leadership skills, addressing concerns, and improving on opportunities to develop robust teams.
Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership team and a trusted liaison for associates;
Collaborate with Leaders to implement, improve, and utilize Trojan’s and Danaher’s talent development processes. Facilitate development activities to allow employees achieve their optimal development potential.
Working with business leaders, develop robust succession plans that address future talent needs and identify high potential talent. Proactively drive the development of high potential talent.
Lead training and development for managers and employees.
Facilitate performance management, compensation, on-boarding and recruitment activities.
Recruit and Champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle.
Works with HR Leadership on employee relations investigations and collaborate with managers, internal and external legal counsel on outcomes and next steps.
As the subject matter expert, ensures adherence to corporate and legislated policies by providing education and guidance to staff and management to mitigate risk to the organisation.
Bachelor’s degree PLUS 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness to lead and engage effectively with experienced cross-functional teams.
Collaborative team player with demonstrated professional and emotional maturity and judgement to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, tact and ethical standards.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced and high-performing culture in an international environment.
Preferably experience with responsibility over client groups in the UK, France and Italy.
Fluent in German and English and preferably fluent in one or more other European languages such as Italian or Spanish.
This role is based in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
