The Regulatory Compliance Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for evaluating products to ensure they will meet applicable regulations and standards and will be a key contributor to R&D during the development process for design and compliance.

This position is part of the Global Regulatory Compliance team located in Duncan, South Carolina alternatively in Pensacola, Florida and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Core team member for New Product Development (NPD) projects to secure compliance to relevant regulations to get market access. Apply for import/export permits as needed.

  • Keep licenses and permits updated, e.g. USDA.

  • Manage reporting to US authorities, e.g. EPA and USDA.

  • You will work closely with our Customs and trade teams to solve any trade compliance matters in our supply chain.

  • Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and monitor activities related to changes to regulations. Participate/support Project Management Office (PMO) projects.

Who you are:

• Bachelors' Degree in biology, chemistry or related discipline.

• Experience with Product regulations, working with US authorities, world trade and Customs topics.

• Knowledge around environmental, animal origin and chemistry regulations, e.g. USDA permits and exemptions. EPA reporting. REACH/ROHS, TSCA, FIFRA

The salary range for this role is USD 65,000 – USD 80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
