What you'll do:

  • You’ll be supplier onboarding, supplier development and primary areas of focus will be supplier qualification, part/process qualification, supplier auditing, issue resolution and improving supplier quality performance through continuous improvement activities and quality plan implementation.

  • Ensure supplier compliance to QMS and regulatory requirements through supplier monitoring process with auditing.

  • Collaborate with Suppliers and internal Stakeholders to drive Quality improvements that minimize the Costs of Quality by implementation of Supplier/Engineering Changes, New Product Introductions and Transfers and Develop.

  • Execute Corrective and Preventive Action plans with suppliers to resolve non-conformance issues. Also build and implement Supplier Audit Plan and undertake supplier technical reviews when appropriate.

    Who you are:

  • Earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or technical field

  • A t least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality

  • Effective problem solver with the skills to lead Root Cause investigations / CAPA plans and influence others cross-functionally and Excellent communicator and collaborator who can influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can influence at all levels of the organization with experience in supplier technical development or supplier quality development and a Qualified auditor experience preferably in both on-site and remote/virtual environments.

  • Knowledge of quality critical aspects in industrial process control and how to verify and validate them through process qualification, demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and site level products/processes; six sigma or Lean experience preferred.

The salary range for this role is $73,800 - $129,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
