Danaher Corporation Senior Solution Architect / Consultant (Packaging Software) in Dusseldorf, Germany
Excellent opportunity for a Senior Solution Architect/Consultant with packaging software implementation experience (Esko WebCenter, Automation Engine or similar) and CPG or lifesciences industry process knowledge, to join Esko and deliver multiple high-profile customer projects across Europe.

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
Ability to evaluate and recommend packaging technology solutions based on business requirements and industry trends (Esko WebCenter / Automation Engine etc).
Must have industry process knowledge (CPG or Lifescience) or solution-driven with the experience of implementing high-impacting software solutions in customer environments
Ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable and assists the solutions are implemented according to the architecture design & best practices.
Excels in establishment and maintenance of professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Technically well-grounded and hands-on, with strong root-cause analysis and problem solving skills with several years of proven experience
Excels in preparing and delivering technical customer demonstrations and facilitating workshops
Able to lead discussions of complex business processes and subjects to build optimized solutions
Project success mindset, able to identify and mitigate technical risks
Create and maintain documentation including process flow diagrams and business requirements.
Can provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
Broad experience in Esko software (WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine etc), ideally within the Packaging/CPG along with experience in Packaging is highly desirable
Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent professional qualification)
Background in solution consulting or computer science, general knowledge of software programming, development, and deployment practices
10+ years' experience (or equivalent) in areas such as, but not limited to:
Business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing, print, or packaging domain
Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or retail customers
Software user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a superuser / admin level)
Javascript and SQL knowledge / experience a plus
Other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation)
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages, such as German, French are useful but not critical.
Willingness to travel approximately 25% of your time normally, with higher peaks during busy periods
