This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes. There is only one position available.

About the Position

The Project Manager is a key member of the Customer Success team responsible for leading the implementation of Aquatic Informatics’ products. This person will work with Implementation Specialists, Software Configuration Analysts, and other Project Managers to effectively deliver software services that meet customer expectations in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Provide oversight and project management to a portfolio of projects

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and key partners during project implementation.

  • Coordination of project meetings

  • Tracks, communicates and follows up on customer questions.

  • Manages and reports on project financials

  • Leads the project change control process.

  • Creates and maintains project schedules within PM software.

  • Ensures project deployment is properly planned and communicated to the customer.

  • Leads deliverables from partners/integrators/developers as required.

  • Transitions the customer to standard support upon project completion.

  • Work proactively to accomplish multiple goals and projects delivering expected results

  • Drive Key Performance Indicators

  • Knowledge of risk mitigation and budgeting on projects.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or work experience in project management or business analysis

  • Familiarity with customer facing responsibilities and ability to learn & understand customer needs.

  • Must have experience with technical project management; software deployment highly preferred

  • Outstanding presentation skills; clear customer focus; excellent organizational skills; effective teammate.

  • Outstanding English communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Travel up to 10%

  • Experience in water industry a plus

The salary range for this role is $60k-80kUSD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
