Are you a highly motivated Sales Manager, who enjoys leading, growing, and expanding capital business opportunities in the Energy sector?

The EPC Sales Manager (UK + Benelux) is responsible for effectively promoting and selling capital equipment using Pall’s full Energy+ portfolio whilst fostering business relationships to achieve sales targets within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, green energy sector’s. Adopting Pall DBS tools and continuous improvement mindset. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn Pall DBS tools which will leverage the growth to next level.

This position is part of the EMEA EPC Sales team and will be located remotely in UK or Benelux

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Direct management of specific EPC accounts + business development for smaller EPC related to green technologies.

  • Achieve order and sales goals for the EPC market in UK + Benelux.

  • Networking and building relationship with key influencers from key accounts to collect market insights and customer’s needs, competitors’ activities provide inputs to management and marketing

  • Standard work implementation (P4G, D4G set up, funnel review and bowler track, weekly estimates/ bridge, key account plans, pre-calls plan, Opportunity Plan. Complete up-to-date customer information in SFDC which can be shared among the organization)

  • Conduct regular regional reviews with sales, technical and operations team, to ensure continued alignment to strategies and business needs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent background in Chemical and Oil & Gas industries

  • Sales experience in the Energy sector

  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 50%)

  • Excellent communication, organizational and technical presentation skills

  • In-depth market knowledge and business development strategic approach

  • Strong ability to develop a plan and execute a strategy

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Fluency in additional European languages

  • Filtration selling / technical experience in O&G, Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Polymer and Energy Transition markets an advantage.

  • Achieve order and sales goals for the EPC market in UK + Benelux

  • Sales & Funnel Management

  • Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve business goals.

  • Work with sales team to drive individual sales action plans and opportunity plans

  • Implement and oversee EPC Sales strategies are being set for individual opportunities and being followed by the sales team and supporting parts of the business (Technical & Operations).

  • Ensure implementation of risk assessment procedure, when appropriate.

  • Ensure DRA policy is being followed.

  • Regular reporting and review including:

  • Funnel management review

  • DBS mindset, Problem Solving Processes
