About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to champion our portfolio of software solutions to bring the positioning and messaging to life. Working closely with marketing, sales, product management, customers, and partners; this is an excellent opportunity for a “roll up the sleeves” individual to make an impact!

In this role, you will connect the buyer’s journey with our product strategy to drive commercial success to achieve results. You will be the product evangelist and run product launches. You will know the market and competition like the back of your hand.

Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you will develop innovative programs, while tracking performance. You will understand market dynamics to create positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.

Principal accountabilities include:

  • Develop and evangelize inspiring product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate in the market and drive demand for our solutions

  • Own and define targeted buyer journeys across our portfolio, from research, to purchase, and expansion

  • Orchestrate the launches of new products and support releases of existing products

  • Engage with industry analysts and online communities

  • Analyze portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, volume, price and quality and converts analysis into insights, strategy, and actions

  • Lead competitive research and analysis

  • Actively participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research in conjunction with Product Managers


  • BA/BS degree in a technical, business, or marketing field or equivalent practical experience

  • 3+ years product marketing experience, in a B2B technology/software environment

  • Experience developing messaging and positioning

  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company an asset

  • Get things done globally with high integrity working through ambiguous conditions

  • Ability to establish credibility and trust internally with all levels of the organization and externally with customers

  • Familiar with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) software

The salary range for this role is 80-125/year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
