What you’ll do

  • Maximize sales orders and market share of Density Gradient Media & cryochain solutions in assigned area

  • Be able to develop strong relationships with range levels of stakeholders involved in buying decisions in both direct & indirect customer segments

  • Responsible for building funnel of future business through early design in of products into new areas

  • Work with regional Account Managers, modality specialists and consumable sales leadesr to identify customers, gain new customers & market share

  • Work with regional Account Manager, modality specialists and consumable sales leader at strategic customers to develop and execute on account plans with a view to delivering outcomes to our customers

  • Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available

  • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data

  • Organize product demonstrations,

  • When require, prepare and co-ordinate tenders responses and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with account manager.

Who you are

  • Postgraduate level qualifications in cell biology or related subject.

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience within the cell therapy, bioprocess industry or cell cryo-preservation

  • Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking with a high standard of written/verbal communication

  • Able to build a rapport with laboratory staff and senior managers remotely

  • Team working skills (incl. Ability to harness resources to achieve goal)

  • Languages: English, other EMEA languages welcome

  • Cell culture expertise welcome
