Responsible for order entry, order maintenance, rejected order resolution and returns processing.
Responsible for responding to customers via email relative to price and availability, expedites and inquiry documentation.
Primary Responsibilities: * Using established procedures and under direct supervision serve as the liaison for the customer when interacting with Product * Marketing, Material Management, and other Pall departments before and/or after the sale. * Respond to routine customer requests and complaints in an expedient and professional manner in accordance to company * policy and procedures * Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability and back orders to achieve complete * resolution and full customer satisfaction * Manage the processing of orders received via telephone, fax, mail, or the Internet, in a timely and accurate manner. * Perform contract review in preparation of order entry, enter orders directly into SAP environment. * Processes complaints. * Utilize DBS toolkit.
Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma * 1 years experience * Customer service experience * Customer phone experience
Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree preferred PALLRSR
