What you’ll do

  • Implement EHS Policy & Culture on site

  • Strong connection with EHS global to share global EHS strategy, knowledge & best practices

  • Drive continuous improvement culture around safety & sustainability: educate & empower people

  • Drive EHS compliance and be the point of contact for EHS audits on sites

  • Lead by example, observe through daily gemba walk, evaluate & assess gaps, drive work out & share action needed from teams to close the gaps

  • Provide EHS guidance about local regulation

  • As EHS expert support the transfer of production from Eysins site to the new facility nearby

  • Own EHS budget

Who you are

  • Compliance experience with swiss EHS regulation (SUVA)

  • Proven experience in EHS position in the industry

  • Proven experience leading the change

  • Proven project and program management skills

  • Hands-on & Pragmatic

  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Fluent in French & English
