What you’ll do
Perform incoming product inspection of components, semi-finished and finished products in good manufacturing/laboratory practices (GMP/GLP), to verify that products meet specifications and are free of damage or defects.
Support other activities/departments in test protocols validations
Perform dimensional control by using manually tools and 3D measuring equipment
Verify conformance to specifications and protocols and report outcomes
Perform sampling and control on a ISO7 environmental
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions
Recognize problems that might affect the quality of integrity of the product and communicate problems
Read and understand part drawings to use as the guideline for part inspections.
Perform test result investigations for root cause and reports findings in case of non-conformities
Responsible for daily check for test equipment in good condition
Maintain accurate records of work performed and documents results, according to good documentation practises and established procedures
Perform additional duties as required
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in medical devices or GMP / quality control field
Experience with 3D measuring equipment
Experience and knowledge in microbiology is a plus
Ease of use Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus
Analytical spirit
Fluent in French and good level of English
Responsible, precise, rigorous and team player
