Danaher Corporation D365 Training Specialist in Fargo, North Dakota

The D365 BTraining Specialist is a member of Aldevron’s Pre-Production Planning team. Responsibilities of this role include training and maintenance of Aldevron’s custom and standard manufactured items within Dynamics 365, as well as coordination with D365 Business Process Owners through updates to bills of materials, routes, resources, inventory management, and production orders.


  • Serve as key Production Planning Representative, providing training, support, and leadership across the teams of manufacturing SME’s

  • Follow-up on inventory management, action items, drive progress, support decision making and help identify and address D365 updates and risks

  • Assist with communicating system updates, training, and progress

  • Work with manufacturing SME’s to capture information to support training and continuous improvement

  • Assist with securing data, analyzing, in coordination with D365 BPO’s and reporting out to Production Planing

  • Solicit feedback from operations, warehouse, CR, PM, and other cross-functional departments to guage progress, satisfaction, and system performance

  • Manage and maintain data for raw material, work-in-process, and final product items in readiness for production improvements.

  • Coordinate with D365 BPO’s on manufacturing readiness through daily evaluation of D365 work flow in operations

  • Assist production with batch order navigation and inventory movements and corrections when necessary.

  • Collect data from D365 and evaluate whether updates, edits, or corrections are required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces

  • Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees


  • High school diploma required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP systems required

  • At least 3 years of experience in biologics manufacturing in a GMP environment

  • Organized with a high attention to detail

  • Train the Trainer

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems

  • Use data to draw conclusions and make recommendations
