The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is part of the Facilities department located in Fargo, N.D. and will be an on-site role. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide.
You will be a part of the Facilities and Maintenance team and report to the facilities supervisor responsible for building and equipment maintenance.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs throughout the facilities, manufacturing areas, laboratories, and grounds.
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building and manufacturing equipment.
Initiate, complete, and close out work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma required, associate or bachelor degree in Construction, Electrical, HVAC, or related field preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Commercial or industrial facilities maintenance
Electronics troubleshooting and repair
Minimum two years maintenance experience preferred
