The GMP Biomanufacturing Operator is part of the GMP Manufacturing department located in Fargo, ND and will be onsite. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the GMP Biomanufacturing Team and will be responsible for executing production events in a GMP manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Be trained to execute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, including lysis, and chromatography
Keep manufacturing areas clean and audit-ready
Adhere to good manufacturing practices by following appropriate gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, and good documentation practices
Work as a team to improve and standardize manufacturing processes
Ensure a safety-first and audit-ready mindset and environment within manufacturing suites
The essential requirements of the job include:
H.S. diploma
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to use hands, stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working in a manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing setting
Following standard operating procedures
The following shifts are available for this position:
First Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm
Second Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm-2:00 am
