Job Summary

This position is part of the GMP Manufacturing Team located in Fargo, North Dakota and will be onsite. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Fill Finish team and report to the GMP Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fill operators by setting goals, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, onboarding, and training

  • Coordinate fill activities and ensure the Final Product Fill team meets goals and timelines

  • Assist with the Danaher Business System integration and use of Daily Management, Kaizen, etc.

  • Lead process improvement through our Danaher Business System work on the manufacturing floor and lead by example.

  • Assist operators during drug product fill events

  • Drive strict application of aseptic discipline and cleanroom behaviors within the production environment

  • Promote a safety first culture through active participation in developing, maintaining, and improving safety systems

    Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years working in a GMP manufacturing environment in fill finish and aseptic operations, including manual filling experience, is required

  • B.S. in scientific degree preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic media fill processes and GMP regulations

  • Knowledge of vial visual inspections
