This position is part of the Supply Chain department located in Fargo, ND, and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Production Planning team and report to the Production Planning Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Plan production events to ensure full readiness prior to the start of manufacturing
Build and develop production plans and kickoffs to ensure proper execution per the prescribed procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain project readiness status updates, and drive solutions to close any gaps
Serve as primary lead in Aldevron ERP system for production planning, and drive efficient and timely material flow throughout the facility
Ensure BoM accuracy in Aldevron ERP system, identify and communicate material gaps ahead of production events
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school diploma required; B.S. preferred
A minimum of 1 year of experience in biomanufacturing required; 2 or more preferred
In lieu of biomanufacturing experience, 2 years of manufacturing or production planning required
