Danaher Corporation Project Coordinator - Quality and Regulatory Assurance in Fargo, North Dakota

This position is part of the Quality and Regulatory Assurance department located in Fargo and will be on-site. This position is responsible for coordinating and organizing daily operations across all Quality departments (QA, QC, and RA). In this role you will be primarily working with leaders across these organization to drive coordination across key projects and processes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee and assist with internal and external project coordination requests from the Quality departments, which includes and are not limited to regulatory and quality activities such as audits, IND and DMF coordination, the compliance training program, and client facing administrative support.

  • Project coordinate deadlines and progress across departments to ensure action items are delivered on time by providing prep materials, facilitate agenda and document meeting notes to resolve ongoing topics.

  • Effectively communicate expectations and goals of request to internal associates and work productively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diploma and minimum of two (2) years' experience in an administrative setting or project coordination experience.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs including Excel.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in process understanding as it pertains to cGMP manufacturing and technical writing.

  • Experience and understanding of project management and Smartsheet.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
