Complete work independently under daily supervision direction from the QC supervisor and/ or QC Lead
Perform advanced assays requiring precise analytical skills and understanding of biological and chemical principles
Analyze, interpret, and report test results on the internal Database system
Document and compare testing results against control/specification limits
Identify quality concerns and escalate when appropriate
Identify Out of Specification results and initiate OOS Investigation, perform Root Cause Analysis, Develop Hypotheses testing plan and complete OOS investigations.
Act as a collaborator for associated Quality Events and/ or CAPA’s
Perform non-routine laboratory testing upon request
Complete training plan developed by QC Supervisor and maintain personal training file.
All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces
Experience working in a laboratory environment preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Scientific related field required
In-depth knowledge of biological processes
