Quality Control Documentation Administrator

This position is part of the Quality Control GMP department and will be onsite in Fargo, ND. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Quality Control Release and Support team, report to the Quality Control Release Testing Manager, and be responsible for generating reports for Quality Control and Stability testing including Certificates of Release, Manufacturing Summary Reports, and Stability Summary Reports.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute non-technical revisions to QC department documents including SOPs and forms

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Quality Assurance, Scientists, Operations) for content and approval of QC document revisions

  • Perform data entry as needed to support investigative projects

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • 1+ year experience with an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)

  • Work proactively with cross functional teams to drive improvements

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a laboratory environment or regulated industry

The hourly range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
