This position is part of the Quality Control department located in Fargo, ND and will be a hybrid position. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Quality Control Technical Writing Team and report to the QC Release Testing Manager responsible for conducting investigations and supporting continuous improvement projects to ensure compliance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Author investigations for associated Quality Events reviewing any associated trends to perform root cause analysis, impact assessment, and product disposition.

  • Author and lead Change Controls and CAPAs from initiation to closure.

  • Authoring procedural updates and forms in compliance with cGMP requirements

  • Coordinate with lab scientists and analysts to complete investigations and support continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 0-2 years or more experience in Technical Writing or Communication

  • Bachelor’s degree in Scientific/Technical related field required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of root cause analysis and risk management tools (5 whys, 6M, etc.) in a compliance industry

  • Ability to build and utilize strong working relationship with other departments to drive projects to closure

  • Ability to multi-task and is detail oriented
