Danaher Corporation Key Account Manager in FC, Mexico
If you get this job, you will:
Map potential accounts in assigned territory and plan actions to increase market share.
Call on accounts in your sales territory as well as prioritize sales activities in the accounts in an active sales cycle (existing and competitive) to position Beckman Coulter solutions to meet customer needs.
Own an account plan as well prepare and execute business reviews; prepare and present proposals and bids by using all standard processes, procedures and templates.
Implement the sales plan designed to achieve established sales and financial goals; fee increases or price changes; introduces new products and services.
Be responsible for contracting; and the pricing strategy for hospitals, clinical laboratories and reference laboratories.
Participate with local leadership in developing overall business unit plans for increasing volume and profitability through implementation and execution of national strategies and initiatives.
Propose pricing quote structures for potential and existing customers for maximum quantity sales volume. Ongoing follow-up with renegotiation on contract expiration, with approval of Sales Management and Controller.
Maintain and utilize sales tools/CRM Management to report daily SFDC updates, Funnel Management and customers contact information, feed Daily Management, Visual Management and Growth Room dashboards with corresponding, updated information.
Ensure total compliance with all company polices and government regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Successful candidates will have:
Solid understanding of tactical sales skills: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers
Strong communication and presentation skills; proven ability to clearly, concisely and accurately conduct a technical presentation
Strong ability to handle an account plan, work diligently within the sales cycle activities, prepare for and deliver business reviews effectively (both with customers and internally)
Highly motivated and success driven within a team environment

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in science or business) with 7+ years’ work experience
5+ years successful sales experience required
Candidates will have experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) market.
Fluent in English
Able to travel up to 40% of the time
Excellent analytical/numeric analysis capabilities are required (excel)
Proficiency in managing SalesForce.com
