We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us implement and complete digital marketing and online lead generation activities for a leading breast care company! This position will help build a better digital marketing program by measuring, optimizing, testing, recommending, and implementing enhancements on all programs and campaigns. In this role this person will own tactics for the Americas region including, but not limited to: email, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), landing pages, web capture forms, lead acquisition, data cleansing, and lead scoring.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

SEO and Website Content Management

  • Owns, maintains, and handles all aspects of the Americas websites content and landing pages

  • Will use a content management system (CMS) to ensure overall quality, accuracy, and relevancy of the website.

  • Develops and adds new content and features to the site as directed.

  • Serves as our digital implementation partner for the eIFU process.

  • Builds and continuously enhances SEO to improve natural search rankings.

  • Communicate updates from North America site to regional teams globally.

  • Reports on lead scoring and nurturing programs.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Performs data analysis around web traffic and other key data.

  • Sets targets, monitors important metrics, and sets up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.

  • Provides daily, weekly, and/or monthly campaign performance reports.

Email Marketing

  • Leads the planning and execution of email marketing programs and triggered email campaigns.

  • Includes running list generation, list management, compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, local privacy laws, A/B testing, subscription center development, scheduling optimization and email design.

  • Monitors deliverability and overall account reputation to ensure messages are being delivered to the inbox.

Online Advertising and PPC

  • Monitors and maintains successful pay-per-click advertising campaign including keywords, bids, ad copy and landing pages for North America.

  • Improves click-through and conversion rates.

  • Implements search advertising programs to generate leads.

  • Maintains relationship with PPC agency.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matters most for this role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing experience required.

  • Experience with tools such as Wordpress preferred, Drupal, SiteCore, HTML, basic Javascripting, Microsoft Office applications required.

  • Understanding of Google analytics and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to collect key data required.

  • Experience creating and implementing email campaigns using marketing automation software required (Marketo experience preferred).

  • Experience with basic web design (HTML, CSS) to generate email templates and landing pages required.

  • Understanding of PPC (pay-per-click) bidding strategies, campaign conversion and return on investment measurement required.

  • Understanding of CPL (cost-per-lead), CPI (cost-per-inquiry) and CPC (cost-per-click) required.

  • Up 10% travel may be required. Occasional overnight trips ranging from 1-3 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays.

Desired skills/experience

  • Google Analytics certification preferred.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, i.e., healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, financial preferred.
