Danaher Corporation Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant in Fort Collins, Colorado
This position is available for candidates in commutable distance to Loveland, CO (Northern Colorado) and also in commutable distance to Cook Country, Illinois (Glencoe, Winnetka, Northfield Area).
The Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant's key responsibility is to support and advise the Danaher Vice President and Water Quality Group Executive on projects, processes, and various business-related activities. You will build collaborative relationships with internal and external groups, including global teams in Europe, APAC, LATAM & MEA. You will be the primary support on everything administrative, and you’ll be a strategic partner working alongside the Danaher Vice President and Group Executive.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a broad range of tasks:
Heavy calendar management - coordinate all aspects of the Executive’s schedules, including a high volume of complex domestic and international travel arrangements; understand Executive’s needs and work to meet them.
Communicate and coordinate early and clearly with other EA’s supporting the Danaher Leadership Team, staff, and external contacts, to effectively plan schedules.
Planning and coordination of management meetings including preparation of agendas, PowerPoints, minutes, communication with presenters, and follow-up on actions
Handling of various types of administrative documentation
Securing strong communication in and outside the Water Platform by preparing presentations, emails, and announcements
An important aspect of the job is to coordinate and be part of Water Platform & Danaher Corporate management activities and meetings, including following up on decisions made. The role also requires working back-office and at the same time be at the forefront when needed.
Your team covers many partners
You will report directly and work closely with our VP & Group Executive, where you can expect a collaboration based on trust, ambition and high expectations to one another.
You will be dealing with many partners, projects, and processes in close cooperation with the VP & Group Executive and the rest of the management team.
Your strong skills make you stand out
The ideal candidate holds a minimum of 5+ years experience in supporting an executive (C-suite/President level) in a multi-national company.
You have an act for embracing and running projects independently with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. You are an excellent networker and have a unique ability to build collaborations and followership from others.
On top of that we are looking for someone who has some or all of the below qualities:
Documented experience with managing multiple projects
Experience in developing material and other well-written material
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel ( ability to build pivot tables and other useful reporting analytics upon request), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
You possess strong coordinating skills and being attentive to details comes naturally for you.
You have a service-oriented mentality, have an ability to listen and solve problems and excel when it comes to written and verbal communication.
The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
