The Opportunity:

Hach is seeking a customer-oriented Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. The successful candidate can expect to work on-site daily during training with the opportunity to "flex" on Fridays after completion of training.

What Will I Be Doing?

Working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM or 6:30AM to 3:00PM), you will schedule and dispatch Field Service staff to complete customer requests, such as service start-up, field installation, repairs, calibration, and preventative maintenance. In a typical working day, you’ll manage both a phone queue to support customer needs (both internal functions and external end users) and an e-mail inbox with service tickets and schedule requests.

More specifically, you can expect to:

  • Schedule and dispatch Field Service personnel to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.

  • Correspond with customers to schedule/confirm field appointments and address any schedule-related questions or issues via e-mail and phone.

  • Receive or prepare work orders.

  • Maximize routing/schedule efficiency for demand and service agreement field jobs.

  • Determine types or amounts of inventory, time, skills, or personnel required according to work order and job specifications.

    What Qualifications Do I Need?

  • Previous experience working in a scheduling/dispatching role.

  • Outstanding communication, de-escalation, and empathy skills with a “customer-centered” attitude.

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills; you are resilient, resourceful, and an expert at adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

    What Will Make Me Stand Out?

  • You have previous experience managing a phone queue or multi-line phone system.

  • You’re a Team Player who is comfortable and confident working with Microsoft Office programs and navigating multiple computer systems at once – we especially want to hear from you if you have previous experience with ServiceMax and/or Salesforce!

The hourly rate for this role is $21.00 to $25.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
