We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist (f/m/d) for Cell Health & Centrifugation in Central Germany (Marburg, Frankfurt, Gießen) who will be responsible for the assigned sales territory in regards of meeting the sales targets and executing the sales strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing the sales for cell health & centrifugation products in the respective territory
Understanding customer needs and workflow requirements in biopharma and basic life science research
Developing solutions in a joint effort with a team of experts according to the needs, specifications and requirements entrusted to us by our customers
Defining and implementing sales strategy with multiple decision-makers
Conducting sales negotiations
Achieving the budget within conditions set by management
Reports directly to: Sales Supervisor Beckman Coulter Life Science Cell Health & Centrifugation (Southern Germany)
The required qualifications for the job include:
Master’s degree or PhD in biology, biochemistry, or any similar subject area in the scientific/life science field
Team-orientated working style
Strong communications skills, is open, direct, acts proactively with a high level of commitment
IT agile: experienced within the standard MS office package, ideally also SalesForce™
Fluent German and English are required
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
In the life science/pharma industry (whether as a sales person or a scientist)
Validated knowledge of complex sales processes ideally in a product portfolio of Capital Equipment
