Technical Inside Sales Consultant - Life Sciences / Vertriebsmitarbeiter / Technischer Kundenberater im Innendienst (m/w/d)
You can expect an exciting job in our fast-growing branch in the Rhine-Main area with good transport connections to Frankfurt am Main, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Darmstadt, Dieburg, Offenbach, Bensheim, etc.
The Technical Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and managing a specific sales territory within the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that will allow you to meet and exceed sales, gross profit and unit goals, whilst also providing service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.
Active and competent support of a regular customer base
Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the market share in your own area
Advice and preparation of quotations for our chromatography products and services
Supporting our customers with application questions and issues related to chromatography
Active support of product launches
Planning and implementation of training seminars, as well as participation in trade fairs and symposia
Analysis & reports on sales and market developments in your own sales territory.
Consistently maintaining a positive attitude, being a team player, striving to learn and contributing to company culture.
Degree in Life Science area (Bachelor, Master or PhD), ideally in the field of chemistry, biochemistry, biology, pharmacology, or related. Also CTA/PTA with laboratory experience in GC/HPLC, experienced sales specialists from the pharmaceutical sector or others with comparable qualifications are welcome to apply (but not prior sales experience is required).
Chromatography knowledge is an advantage
Very good communication and presentation skills
Motivation and desire to be successful with a “can do” approach
Professional experience in sales/customer service desirable, but not a must
Analytical and structured way of working
Native or Fluent German as well as business proficient English language skills (writing, speaking) is absolutely mandatory
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Valid driver’s license is required.
