Danaher Corporation Inventory Analyst in Fremont, California
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring of inbound receipts and documentation of non-inventory goods into the EBLC (East Bay Logistics Center).
Retrieval and preparation for shipment of materials from the EBLC to multiple locations.
Monitoring and maintenance of inventory’s status.
Development of on-going processes and improvements.
Validates and aligns R&D requirements for retrieval, stocking, and movement of goods.
Handles actual physical movements within the warehouse within the EBLC warehouse.
Responsibilities will include the setup and modification of non-inventory materials.
Maintains global standards for materials storage and movements as required.
Monitor and maintain inventory control applications.
Has the ability to be proactive in areas of application development and improvements.
Ability to transport materials between local sites. - Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled developed through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Creates a set of non-inventory KPI's that measures the effectiveness of the process
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of inventory transactional flows through SAP Excel and PowerPoint skills to report key KPI's
Multiple languages preferable
